Come and hear from Montgomery County Detectives about the recent rash of land fraud occurring in their county. PLTA President Phil Janny and Montgomery County Recorder Nancy Becker will give updates on recent happenings in the worlds of title insurance and the recorder’s office. Finally, Paul Trefz, CLTP will impart his knowledge about the Marcellus Shale and how it impacts title transactions.
