Self Study Courses

For every learning style, PLTI has a program of study.

Some students are most comfortable learning on their own, outside of a traditional classroom.  For those students PLTI offers the flexibility of receiving accredited curricula in-hand on a CD-ROM.  This easily-portable method of study provides the convenience and flexibility that is so important in today’s business world.

All PLTI self-study CD-ROMs are designed to help you easily absorb the material.  In addition, interactive quizzes keep you motivated and engaged. These courses of study have been developed by leading industry experts and will become the core of your professional library.  

PLTI has two self-paced programs:

Fundamentals of Real Estate and Land Title Insurance

The Fundamentals course is comprised of three sections, each of which offers 15 CE credits.  This is a comprehensive course that will give you the fundamental knowledge you need for a successful career in title insurance.

Guidelines: Preparation for the Title Agent Licensing Test

The Guidelines course is designed to help the student pass the Pennsylvania Title agent Licensing Test.  It is approved for 9 continuing education credits, once a title license is obtained.
